Looks like there are a couple bots (e.g. damn-good-b0t and spectopo) that are consistently updating packages. Are they in collaboration with winget packaging team? |

The 2 users who operate the automators in question (a-mnich and SpectorShell respectively) seem reasonably okay to me, and I've got no issues with them at the time of writing. a-mnich in particular I've helped out on a handful of cases. |

A) Harder to contact if needs be, for instance https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/issues?q=is%3Apr%20is%3Aopen%20author%3Awingetbot
B) Designed for individual programs only, for instance https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/issues?q=is%3Apr+is%3Aopen+author%3Acopilot-cli-winget-bot
