[Mover] Keyboard arrow navigation doesn't work for RTL grid layout

Hello folks, there is an issue with keyboard arrow navigation on RTL grid. Left & Right arrows don't work on keyDown. Up & Down work fine.

Hey there @OVBondHUB, since you're providing a FluentUI v9 example, instead of just tabster code, I'd recommend you open this issue in the Fluent Repo (https://github.com/microsoft/fluentui/issues).

There are extra logic layers provided by Fluent that might be responsible for this erroneous behavior

It looks like this might be a bug or limitation in how Tabster handles arrow navigation in RTL layouts, especially for horizontal movement. Since Up and Down work correctly, the issue likely lies in the key mapping for Left/Right in RTL mode. You could try checking whether the useArrowNavigationGroup hook correctly interprets RTL direction or if a manual override is needed.
