Not seeing Shell install prompt

Repro:

• Install the vsix in vscode
• Open the chat window
• Submit prompt: "connect to my cosmos db account XYZ"

Actual:
GH copilot activates MCP which tries to run shell, but fails with this error:

Expected:
There should be an install prompt to install shell.

Thanks for the report. This is a VS Code extension MCP resolver bug: the Copilot Chat/MCP path checked for the Cosmos DB Shell binary and threw before invoking the existing launch/install flow, so the install prompt was bypassed. I opened a fix in microsoft/vscode-cosmosdb#3023 to route the missing-shell MCP path through the install prompt and to invalidate the cached missing-shell result after installation.
